Lionel Boy is a new signing for LA tastemakers Innovative Leisure. Native to Hawaii and now living in Long Beach, his sound mixes spacey synthesizers, impromptu breakbeats & bedroom pop. Lionel Boy newest release is his debut EP, Who is Dovey? out now. The EP was recorded at Jazzcats Studio in Long Beach with Jonny Bell. Lionel Boy says “Lost” is essentially a love song: “I’ve been in a relationship for 10 years and from the moment we met till right now, getting lost is a simple way to describe the decade. Love can be romantic, intoxicating and destructive, but whatever shape it takes, it’s always sincere.
