"We’re a 5 piece garage punk band from Tustin, CA with our vocalist Lance Arnold, our two guitarists Miles Josten and Ethan Yim, our bassist Chloe Dasilva and our drummer Derek Rossman. Lance, Miles, and Ethan all met in highschool and started as a jam band shortly after we met Derek and our previous bassist. That’s where Gums started our old bassist will be off to college soon so Chloe had volunteered to take his place and he we are now still having lots of fun playing shows and looking forward to releasing a full length album within the next year. The music that influences Gums comes from all types of different genres from punk, jazz, metal and even to Japanese funk from the 80s. We don’t really have a specific genre that we’d like to stick to. We just want to stay original and hope to not really sound like any other bands out there today."
