Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Meatbodies, Morgan Delt @ the Regent Theater Shot by Yrene Ramirez

PPC brought a whole acid trip with them to the states along with support from Morgan Delt and Meatbodies. With projections provided by @themadalchemistliquidliteshow, the entirety of the Regent Theater found itself enveloped in a time capsule of modern day psychedelia. With a sound oil spilling into a style similar to The Byrds as many have stated, (and that opinion isn't too far from the truth), it's no wonder why Morgan Delt opened for The Flaming Lips in 2014, and it's no equal added surprise to see them support PPC for their US tour. Meatbodies brought a wall of sound, leaving the audience with a ringing in their ears and a sense of soreness in the necks from vibing too intensely to the music. The audience and the atmosphere of the night left everyone both on and off stage in a state of audible and visual euphoria. If you were to fuse Tame Impala, Radiohead, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and the impact of distortion that early 2000's Muse presented, you'd be given Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. Welcome to the states and enjoy Desert Daze, boys. PPC are truly Men at Work.

"I'm 19, I live in the Santa Clarita Valley, and I've been shooting concerts/local gigs officially for two years. I grew up playing in my high school band and threw shows in my free time for the community, so I've always been around and had a passion for music. I love photography and having the ability to share my work with other people. It allows us to freeze a moment in a show and almost keep it with us in a way."
