"I’m Neema Etoka, a 14 year old creator living in Boise, Idaho. I call myself a creator because I prefer to dabble in poetry, music, art, and photography. Denseboy is the name I use to combine all of these mediums together. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found that creating things is the best way to express myself. The purpose behind many of my projects is to highlight my experiences as a teen living with a mental illness, a person of color, and a part of the LGBT+ community. This project is a manifestation of a poem of mine, titled apple of my eye, represented with my photography. "
