"I’m a poet and visual artist from LA. I get inspiration for my work from everything to surrealist short stories, medical mysteries and baby dolls. I love creating little worlds in my pieces that are both foreign but familiar touching on the twisted image of beauty that many things portray."

I feel the ugliest in your eyes
I thought I forgot about you
Honestly
I thought you were just a memory
A flame that has long been put out
Turns out you have been a roaring fire
In my chest
It gets so tight
When I think of how small you made me
How invisible I became
Not even the birds could see me
Not even the birds
I know you probably don’t think about it
And I think that makes it worse
That this is one sided
That the hurt you caused never bounced back
How am I supposed to believe in karma?
When I never see you crumble and fall
Come down to my world
Where I 5’8, stand at only 3ft tall
All because of the everlasting pain you caused me
Like I was an old oak tree
And you
Chopped me down to see my rings
I feel the ugliest in your eyes
Cause in your eyes
I see the most honest version of me
It's all laid out and clear
Like a rainbow
Or a field with a lonely deer
As if it could be any less picturesque
Yet all I see is the grotesque
A naked woman
With her chest so bare
And a fire burning
In the part of the body
That harbors angst and hate
In the heart that you shrunk down
It is now a infertile Robins egg
One I will continue to incubate
