   Roda is a Kurdish-Canadian music video Director, Photographer and an Installation Artist.    "I’m a 19 year old photographer from Washington state. My primary focus is conceptual and experimental portraiture. I am currently taking a gap semester from university to travel and focus on creative projects.I created this series of experimental portraits of my friend Anova using a self-made studio and projector. My vision with these photographs was to portray a state of daydreaming; The soft textures in these photographs effectively communicate this unifying idea. I added grain and brightened the shadows to stray away from the look of harsh, high-contrast photographs. I also used different household materials while shooting in order to diffuse and reflect light from the projector; This softened the light and added to the hazy sensation of a daydream. I was able to achieve a retro look by increasing vibrance and exploring new editing approaches, such as distortion and blending of colors."

   Sabrina Gallagher is a self taught 35mm film Photographer from Adelaide. Sabrina specializes in double exposure photography to communicate complex and conflicting emotions experienced simultaneously. Their work takes an ethereal and dream like approach to visualizing surreal thoughts and daydreams. Sabrina began experimenting with photography as a means of escapism and distraction from everyday life, and as a result escapism is a prominent theme in Sabrina’s work. Additionally, confusion, self discovery and identity challenging are also underlying themes present in Sabrina’s work. Sabrina aims to illuminate the overlooked and under appreciated in a manner that inspires viewers to be more attentive to all that appears to be insignificant.

   Hollow of the hand is a poetic performance and music project created by Jiselle Kamppila. It's the birth of an imaginative, romantic and chaotic character. The act is a guitar and an altar knife, creating the echoes of a visceral guitar scrape imbued with sensation and the ghost of noise, poetry and prose.
